Insurance

We are currently in-network with the following providers:

• Tricare

• Aetna

• United Healthcare

We don’t work directly with every insurance, but we do our best to make the process simple for you.

Before you begin, we’ll share tools to check your benefits so you know exactly what to expect with coverage and costs. After each session, you’ll pay our fee and then we’ll send you a Superbill that you can submit to insurance for reimbursement. Once your out-of-network deductible is met, many clients get back around 60–80% of what they’ve paid. We’ll be here to walk you through each step and answer any questions along the way.

Sliding Scale

We believe therapy should be accessible. A limited number of sliding scale spots are available based on financial need. Please don’t hesitate to inquire if cost is a concern—we’re happy to discuss options with you.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and payments through our secure client portal.

We also offer extended sessions upon request and may recommend these for couples or clients wanting more time to process.
