Taylor Poppmeier
Taylor’s path to becoming a therapist began in the fast-paced world of marketing and events, where she worked on both coasts in museums and high-growth firms. Over time, she realized her true passion was in hearing people’s stories—not selling them. That realization led her back to school and into the field of social work.
Since earning her MSW from USC, Taylor has worked across community health settings, substance use treatment centers, and private practice, supporting individuals and couples through life transitions, anxiety, relationship issues, and identity exploration. She brings experience as a therapist, director, and business leader.
Taylor is trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and takes a direct, relational approach to the work. She helps clients move through stuck patterns, reconnect with themselves and others, and build lives that feel purposeful and aligned.
Robyn Reddell
Robyn has had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including private practice, outpatient clinics, and community mental health. She’s currently based out of our Mission Valley office and offers both in-person and telehealth sessions to fit what works best for you.
She enjoys working with adults facing a range of challenges, like anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship and attachment concerns, grief and loss, postpartum and parenting struggles, and healing from trauma. Robyn also has years of experience supporting Active Duty Military members and their families through the unique ups and downs of military life.
With a diverse background of experiences, Robyn believes deeply in the resilience we all carry within us. She places a strong emphasis on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel supported and seen. Her approach is collaborative, pulling from your strengths and using evidence-based strategies to help you move toward the life you want.

Brittany’s clinical experience is rooted in community mental health, where she has worked extensively with individuals navigating substance use and severe mental illness. Her background includes acute and inpatient care, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy, and teaching as an Adjunct Professor in San Diego.
Brittany’s approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and shaped by a strong belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship. She brings a warm, collaborative, and holistic style to her work, creating space for clients to explore their challenges, deepen their insight, and move toward meaningful change.
Lindsay’s path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a winding journey through the wine industry, corporate life, and a pivotal spiritual awakening abroad. Though her early career took her from Napa Valley to New York City, she was always the one others turned to for support, empathy, and honest conversation.
She brings experience from both inpatient and private practice settings, supporting individuals and couples through life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, and trauma. Lindsay is currently pursuing her doctorate in Applied Clinical Psychology and integrates both depth and structure into her work.
Her style is direct yet compassionate, helping clients uncover patterns, build insight, and move toward meaningful change. Lindsay fosters a safe, grounding space where clients feel seen and supported in their healing journey.
